Pemulwuy Project
New Built
In 2013, BuildTop successfully delivered a New Build construction project in North Parramatta, NSW 2151, creating a modern home that reflected both quality craftsmanship and the client’s vision. The project was designed to maximise space and functionality while showcasing a stylish architectural finish suited to contemporary living.
From planning and design through to completion, BuildTop’s licensed team (Builders Licence: 255303C) managed every stage of the construction process with precision and care. The new build included carefully designed living spaces, efficient layouts, and durable construction techniques that ensure the home remains strong and timeless.
Attention to detail was a key focus throughout the project. Premium materials, energy-efficient inclusions, and modern finishes were used to create a property that is not only aesthetically appealing but also practical for day-to-day family life. Natural light and ventilation were prioritised, making the interiors bright, airy, and comfortable.
Delivered on time and to the highest standard, the North Parramatta new build demonstrates BuildTop’s ability to bring fresh concepts to life. This project reflects the company’s long-standing expertise in residential construction, proving its capability to deliver homes of enduring quality across Sydney.
More about
Pemulwuy new built project
The Pemulwuy New Build Project (2018) was designed in a modern contemporary style, blending clean architectural lines with functional open spaces. The goal was to create a home that not only looked striking but also provided an effortless living experience for the family, echoing the sophistication of boutique hotel and luxury lobby designs.
The overall architectural layout embraced minimalism and openness, ensuring that each room flowed seamlessly into the next. This open-plan approach was paired with large windows and strategic natural lighting, allowing the interiors to feel expansive and airy. The palette of neutral tones and refined textures gave the house a timeless and calming character.
A key part of the design was the careful integration of furniture and kitchen appliances. Rather than being treated as add-ons, these elements were planned into the architecture itself. Built-in cabinetry, flush-mounted appliances, and sleek stone finishes allowed the kitchen to act as a statement space that also blended harmoniously with adjoining living areas.
Bathrooms and service rooms reflected modern hospitality-inspired design, drawing inspiration from luxury hotel and lobby architecture. The use of high-end vanities, stone benchtops, frameless mirrors, and contemporary brass or matte black fittings gave these spaces a sophisticated look normally associated with premium commercial interiors. The result was a residential property that felt elevated in both style and experience.
The service rooms were given equal attention, with fittings and layouts designed for both practicality and visual appeal. Much like a boutique hotel, every fixture was carefully chosen not only for durability but also for how it complemented the home’s aesthetic. From laundry areas to powder rooms, functionality was enhanced with a luxurious edge.
This design approach created a home that was in absolute harmony with its furniture and fittings. Nothing appeared out of place — every element, from the appliances to the vanities, was considered part of the architectural story. The effect is one of consistency, where the interior design and architecture work as one cohesive system.
Altogether, the Pemulwuy Modern New Build represents BuildTop’s ability to merge residential construction with modern contemporary luxury architecture. By drawing inspiration from boutique hotels and lobbies, the home achieves a unique identity — one that is practical for everyday living while offering the elegance and refinement of high-end design.
